01 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the luck93 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. luck93 is strictly an adults-only platform and enforces age requirements seriously.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own personal details — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or restricted from participating in online gaming by any other means that you are aware of.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when placing bets or accessing your account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration.

02 Account Registration and Security

Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other official government-issued identification. 03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on the luck93 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Deposits are generally credited to your luck93 account balance immediately upon successful processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take additional processing time.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that you own and that is registered to your account. luck93 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing period. The estimated processing time for each method is shown in the cashier section before you submit a request.
• luck93 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses section below before they become eligible for withdrawal.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

luck93 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• luck93 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market (known as arbitrage betting) using bonus funds is not permitted and may result in the voiding of bets and removal of bonus funds.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of any applicable wagering requirement fulfilment.

If you have an active bonus balance, check the terms of that specific promotion before requesting a withdrawal. Some promotions require full wagering completion before any withdrawal is possible; others allow partial withdrawal of real-money funds while the bonus requirement is still active. The cashier will show your current bonus status at the time of a withdrawal request.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the luck93 platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, market, or game type. Sports betting rules govern how markets are settled in the event of postponements, abandonments, or other exceptional circumstances. • All bets are final once confirmed. luck93 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where luck93 has made an obvious error in odds or market settings.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your bet slip at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session that prevents a game from completing normally, the relevant provider's dispute resolution process will determine the outcome. luck93 will apply the provider's ruling.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform, place bets, or manipulate account activity in any way.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or using another person's account to place bets.
• Attempting to defraud luck93 or other users through manipulation of odds, game outcomes, or payment processes.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or any other fraudulent purpose.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended features for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or similar games to gain an unfair advantage.
